The Ideal Chocolate Milk Diet

HOW IT WORKS

 

To help get you started, we’ve included sample days on ICMD.  As usual, if you have any questions please write AskTheDietitian@ChocMilkDiet.com.

 

ICMD works so well because it is an affordable, easy plan which you control.  What’s great about ICMD is that it can help such a broad range of people:  women, men, teens, seniors, and even children -- with parental guidance.   By adding this high quality protein to your diet, crowding out other calories, you can stop hunger and start weight loss.

 

Our best summary of ICMD is as follows:

 

SIMPLE  +  DELICIOUS  +  POWERFUL  =  IT WILL WORK FOR YOU

 

For each day, total servings for an adult during weight loss should be 4 to 5 servings per day.

 

If you like Chocolate Milk as much as we do, you can simply make up 4 to 5 servings all at once the night before, and enjoy throughout the day.  Here are some other ideas as well!

 

Day 1

 

Breakfast

1 serving ICMD with skim milk*.  Add breakfast foods as desired

Snack

If hungry have serving (or half serving) of ICMD in skim milk, OR a snack from ICMD recipes

Lunch

Salad with chicken and fat free salad dressing, OR sandwich.  Add serving of ICMD if desired.

Snack

Fruit.  If hungry, serving (or half serving) of ICMD in skim milk, OR a snack from ICMD recipes

Dinner

Meat, chicken or fish.  Vegetable or salad.  Pasta or rice if desired.  ICMD in milk.

Evening Snack

If hungry, ICMD serving, or half serving.  See Recipes.

* You can always substitute light soy milk for skim milk.

 

 

Day 2

 

Breakfast

1 serving ICMD with skim milk.  Add breakfast foods as desired

Snack

If hungry have serving (or half serving) of ICMD in coffee.  ICMD makes mocha coffee.

Lunch

Fresh or frozen banana with 1 serving of ICMD.

Snack

If hungry have serving (or half serving) of ICMD in skim milk, OR a snack from ICMD recipes

Dinner

Meat, chicken or fish.  Vegetable or salad.  Potato if desired.  ICMD serving if desired.

Evening Snack

High protein pudding made with ICMD – see Recipes.

 

 

Day 3

 

Breakfast

1 serving ICMD in coffee to make a Mocha Coffee.  (cool coffee to about 130 F before adding ICMD)  Add breakfast foods as desired  

Snack

2-3  ICMD peanut butter fudge balls.  See recipes.

Lunch

Wrap sandwich with turkey.  1 serving ICMD

Snack

If hungry have serving (or half serving) of ICMD in skim milk, OR a snack from ICMD recipes

Dinner

Spaghetti with meatballs.  Salad or fruit.  ICMD if desired.

Evening Snack

If hungry, ICMD Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge – see Recipe.

 

 

This diet does not meet adequate vitamins and minerals to meet daily requirements. A high quality complete multi-vitamin is recommended. If milk intake is limited, calcium supplementation is recommended.
